Our MOQ is flexible. We accept mixed containers, so you can combine several models to reach a full load instead of committing to large volumes of a single SKU. Small trial orders are welcome — many of our long-term partners started with one. For private-label OEM work, the minimum depends on the level of customization involved (tooling, colour matching, custom packaging), and our team will confirm exact quantities once we understand your target market and configuration. Send us your model list and we will come back with a concrete MOQ and price.

Sample lead time is approximately 7 days. Bulk production runs 25-30 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Exact timing depends on order complexity, level of customization, and current workshop capacity. If you have a fixed shipping window, tell us the date up front and we will confirm feasibility before you place the order rather than after.

We ship to 160+ countries. For the EU/UK we provide CE/UKCA and RoHS/REACH documentation; wooden packaging carries IPPC marks. For the US, we advise on tariffs and compliant declaration. For the Middle East (UAE/Saudi), we supply certificates of origin and support SASO where required. We recommend confirming DDP terms and a clearance agent in advance.

We work with all major Incoterms: DDP, FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP and DDU. Choose whichever matches how much of the logistics chain you want to handle. If you already have a freight forwarder, FOB or EXW usually gives you the best control over cost. If you would rather receive goods at your own door with duties settled, DDP is the simplest option and the one most cross-border sellers choose.

Port of loading is flexible — we can arrange departure from any major Chinese port, so we will use whichever one gives you the shortest transit or the best freight rate on your route. Tell us your destination and we will recommend the combination that works out cheapest.

Standard warranty is 1 year, extendable in special cases. We ship free mounting hardware (screw glue, etc.) with every order. We do not promise zero after-sales issues; instead we provide responsive support and spare parts supply to keep your equipment running.

Our standard structure is T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance settled before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight. Other arrangements — including adjusted deposit ratios and account periods for established partners — are negotiable and quoted per order based on volume and cooperation history. We do not publish fixed bottom prices; pricing is tiered by quantity and level of customization.
